Clients have to take care of their belongings, the centre would not be held responsible for any loss or damage.
What is the booking timeline?
Booking of venues need to be made at least 48 hours prior to the date of execution as bookings are subject to availability and therefore we cannot confirm the booking at the last minute.
What are the payment terms and conditions?
The payment has to be paid in full (100% advance) via bank transfer at the time of making the bookings. A system generated invoice will be shared with the client for the same.
What is the refund policy in case of cancellation or rescheduling of the booking?
Cancellation 1 week or 7 days before : 50% of the fee refunded Less than 1 week or 7 days before: NO REFUND Rescheduling of any booking is possible but subject to Availability
